Vintage 1950s–60s black feather cocktail hat. Pillbox/toque base completely covered in glossy black feathers arranged in a swirled pinwheel pattern, with a plain black fabric lining and grosgrain band inside. Unbranded with no labels — typical of small millinery shops of the era. Percher style, meant to sit on the very top of the head.
SIZE: Inside circumference measures approximately 18.75 inches around.
CONDITION: Pre-owned in very good condition overall — gentle signs of wear, no major flaws. Portions of glue are visible on the underside where the feathers attach to the band (see photos). The photos show the condition well.
